- Dogs registered with the Korea Kennel Federation (KKF) or with an FCI-affiliated organization (Must be at least 3 months and 1 day old).
- Only dogs that have received a rabies vaccination within the past year are eligible to participate.
- From the Junior Class and above, the dog's microchip number must be recorded on the pedigree certificate to be eligible.
- Dogs with aggressive behavior, dogs in heat, long-haired breeds that have been clipped in a way not conforming to the breed standard, or dogs with contagious diseases or skin problems are restricted from participating.

Mr. Laurent Lauri Heinesche is from Finland with over 30 years of experience and a specialized breeder of Maltese, Poodles, and Yorkshire Terriers. Under the kennel 'Supers Supers' and 'My Supers', he has bred more than 200 World, European, International, and National Champions. Dogs he has bred have achieved the prestigious honor of winning multiple Best in Show (BIS) and Best of Group (BOG) titles at world-class stages, including the World Dog Show and various international dog show. Since 2011, he has expanded his expertise to Pomeranians, earning numerous prestigious titles including All-Breed Top Dog. With 35 years of experience as a professional groomer, breeder, and handler, he has dedicated his life to dogs. Mr. Julio Ronco¡¯s first dog was a Hungarian Vizsla, but the breed that first captivated him was the German Shepherd. In 1991, he participated in his first dog show with a female Boxer. He went on to register his first Boxer litters and bred his first champion in 1996 under his kennel, 'afijo.' In 1996, He started working as a ring steward (Secretario de pista) for dog shows organized by the Panama Kennel Club. In 2000, he began his national judge¡¯s training and judged his first breeds in 2001. In December 2004, he judged his first show in Panama. In December 2005, he officially qualified as a National All Breed. Since starting his international judging career in April 2007, he has extensive experience judging in many countries, including Costa Rica, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia, Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, Ecuador, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Uruguay, the Philippines, Chile, Argentina, and Australia. |

Mr. Raymond Yurick

Mr. Raymond Yurick began his journey in the dog world as a junior handler, primarily showing Afghan Hounds and Whippets. His passion for the Hound group began forty years ago when he has his first personal dog, an Afghan Hound. After graduating from high school, he continued a career as a professional handler, starting as an assistant to top handlers in Canada. As an All Breed Handler, he has had the honor of winning numerous Best in Shows (BIS) and National Specialties throughout Canada and the United States. Throughout his career, he has owned and co-bred many breeds, including Afghan Hounds, Pointers, West Highland White Terriers, Australian Terriers, Wire Fox Terriers, Bichon Frises, Toy and Miniature Poodles, and Bouviers des Flandres. He is particularly well-known for breeding Whippets under the kennel 'Brushwood' and 'Bretica'. He has bred numerous AWC and NWCC National Specialty winners, Canadian and American BIS winners, and numerous champions. In addition to his successful handling career, he has spent the last 12 years as a judge, boasting an extensive judging history across Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Australia. |

Ms. Valeria Rickard

Ms. Valeria Rickard bred her first litter of Airedale Terriers sired by a dog of her own breeding. Prior to her work with Airedales, she bred Welsh Terriers, producing numerous champions. Her lifelong passion for purebred dogs, combined with her extensive medical knowledge, to becoming an AKC judge. In addition to her judging career, Ms. Valeria Rickard has co-authored two veterinary textbooks and frequently conducts seminars and presentations on dog breeding and related canine topics. She is also a regular contributor to various magazines and newsletters, including 'Terrier Type'. |

Mr. Ed Fojtik has been surrounded by Giant Schnauzers his entire life, as his parents began breeding them under the kennel 'Tanglewood' in 1969. He has bred numerous over 50 champions, including six All-Breed Best in Show (BIS) winners and World Champions. Since he began his journey at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in 2001, he has consistently achieved outstanding results at numerous shows over the years. Currently, he serves as the President of the Dubuque Kennel Club. He is a highly active judge both in the United States and internationally, with a distinguished judging history that includes officiating at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, one of the three most prestigious dog shows in the world. |

His Tibetan Terrier holds the record for winning the most Best in Shows in Australia and New Zealand over the past decade. In his judging career, he had the honor of officiating Tibetan Terriers at the 2008 World Dog Show in Switzerland. Mr. Chua Ming Kok entered the dog world in 1990 and has since bred and owned numerous champions across a wide variety of breeds, including German Shepherd Dogs, Welsh Corgis, Shetland Sheepdogs, Irish Setters, English Springer Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, English Bulldogs, Papillons, Toy Poodles, Kerry Blue Terriers, Welsh Terriers, West Highland White Terriers, Miniature Schnauzers, and Miniature Long-haired Dachshunds. Over the past 20 years, he has lived in Germany, Australia, and the United States, dedicating himself to becoming an international judge and canine expert. Since beginning his judging career in the United Kingdom in 2005, he has extensive experience judging in many countries, including New Zealand, China, Australia, Japan, Brazil, Finland, and the United States. |

Mr. Min Woo Seol is an international judge representing South Korea, holding titles as both an FCI All Breed Dog Show and an FCI International Grooming. He previously served as an advisor to the International Grooming Committee for Technical Standards (IGCTS) and currently chairs the KKF International Grooming Committee for Technology and Standards, where he contributes to the development of the global canine industry and international judging standards. Since 1992, he has dedicated himself to breeding and handling various breeds, including Poodles, Bichon Frise, Schnauzers, and Rottweilers, and has bred numerous champions. Under his kennel, 'White Moon Magics', he has achieved world-class breeding success with Toy, Miniature, and Medium Poodles, with his dogs earning prestigious No. 1 rankings across these varieties. After becoming a Group Judge, he has judged at dog shows and grooming competitions in South Korea, Australia, Russia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Mongolia, Indonesia, Taiwan, India, Peru, and Brazil. Furthermore, he participated in the production of the official FCI Grooming Manual and was the first Korean lecturer to conduct international grooming seminars in countries such as Russia, Australia, India, Brazil, Malaysia, and Peru, promoting the excellence of Korean grooming techniques worldwide. His distinguished career includes judging at the 1st FCI World Grooming Championship, the JKC Tokyo Headquarters Grooming Competition, and various FCI International Grooming Competitions. His international reputation was further solidified by his official invitation as the first-ever Korean judge for the FCI World Dog Show Mexico 2028.
