- Dogs registered with the Korea Kennel Federation (KKF) or with an FCI-affiliated organization (Must be at least 3 months and 1 day old).
- Only dogs that have received a rabies vaccination within the past year are eligible to participate.
- From the Junior Class and above, the dog's microchip number must be recorded on the pedigree certificate to be eligible.
- Dogs with aggressive behavior, dogs in heat, long-haired breeds that have been clipped in a way not conforming to the breed standard, or dogs with contagious diseases or skin problems are restricted from participating.

로랑 피샤 심사위원은 15세부터 “Vigie"라는 견사호로 아이리쉬 세터 브리딩을 시작하였다. 이 후 ”Very Vigie" 견사호로 아메리칸 코커 스파니엘을 본격적으로 브리딩하여 지난 40여년간 300회가 넘는 챔피언 타이틀을 획득하였다. 많은 챔피언 견들 중 특히 Multi-Ch very Vigie I don’t Know 는 2015년 11월 유카누바 월드 챔피언, Ch. Very Vigie Vamos a la Playa 는 2007년 미국 롱비치에서 첫 개최된 AKC 유카누바 월드 챌린지의 베스트 인 쇼를 차지하기도 하였다. 또한 Ch.Very Vigie Huluberlulu 는 2016년 모스크바에서 개최된 FCI 월드 도그쇼에서 26,000마리의 출진견 사이에서 베스트 인 쇼 2석을 차지하였다. 전세계적으로 큰 명성을 떨친 아메리칸 코커 스파니엘 외에 퍼그, 말티즈, 바이마라너도 함께 브리딩하고 있다.

1978년부터 심사를 시작하여 FCI 전견종 심사위원으로 FCI 월드 도그쇼 및 섹션쇼를 비롯한 유럽 및 아시아 퍼시픽 국가와 영국, 미국에서 활발한 심사를 하고 있다. 미국 산타바바라 도그쇼 와 2017년 영국 크러프츠 유카누바 챌린지에서 심사한 이력을 자랑한다.

오잔 벨키스 심사위원은 어려서부터 바셋 하운드와 에어데일 테리어, 그레이트 덴을 키우는 가정에서 성장하였다. 터키 최초로 국제 도그쇼, 월드도그쇼 및 유리피안 도그쇼에 참여한 오잔 벨키스 심사위원은 현재 터키애견연맹 부회장을 맡고 있으며 터키 켄넬 클럽 창설 멤버 중 한 명이다.

오잔 벨키스 심사위원은 미니어쳐 슈나우저. 블랙 러시안 테리어, 케인 코르소 브리딩 관련 애견학에 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 현재 심사위원 위원회, 도그쇼 위원회 위원장으로도 활동하고 있다. 전세계 다양한 국가에서 심사를 진행한 이력을 가지고 있으며 활발하게 심사를 하고 있다.

실비 데센느 심사위원은 개를 키우는 가정에서 태어나 늘 그녀의 곁에는 포인터와 푸들이 함께하였다. 본인 소유견으로 도그쇼에 출진한 일을 계기로 켄넬을 시작하였으며, 이것으로 견사호 "Vilfloriane” 가 시작되었다.

시츄, 킹 찰스 스파니엘, 캐벌리어 킹 찰스 스파니엘은 심사위원의 인생이 되었으며 수많은 챔피언을 배출하였다. 처음에는 킹 찰스 스파니엘 도그쇼 출진으로 모든 것이 시작되었지만, 그 열정은 전견종 심사위원으로 이어졌다.

실비 데센느 심사위원은 프랑스에서 가장 유명한 도그쇼인 Nantes쇼를 매년 개최하고 있으며 FCI 월드도그쇼, 유러피안 섹션쇼 등 전 세계 유명 도그쇼에서 초청받는 유명 심사위원이다.

AKC Group Judge, Best In Show Judge(BIS)

더글러스 존슨 심사위원은 부모님이 생일 선물로 안겨준 클럼버 스파니엘과의 만남이 애견계에 헌신하게 이끌었다. ‘Clussexx’ 견사호 아래 150마리가 넘는 클럼버 스파니엘, 서섹스 스파니엘, 웰시 스프링거 스파니엘, 잉글리시 토이 스파니엘과 페키니즈 챔피언견을 만들어 냈다. 또한 그가 브리딩한 견은130회가 넘는 베스트 인 쇼 및 12번의 내셔널 스페셜티쇼 BIS를 차지하기도 하였다. 특히 웨스트민스터 도그쇼에서 클럼버 스파니엘과 서섹스 스파니엘로 각각 베스트 인 쇼를 차지하였는데, 다른 견종으로 베스트 인 쇼를 차지한 유일한 브리더이기도 하다. 이러한 공로를 인정받아 2005년에 AKC로부터 올해의 스포팅 브리더로 선정되기도 하였다.

AKC 심사위원으로 웨스트민스터 도그쇼를 비롯한 미국 전역의 도그쇼 뿐 아니라 FCI 월드 도그쇼 등 전세계의 수많은 도그쇼에서 활발한 심사를 계속하고 있다.

호주에서 태어난 제이미 허버드 심사위원은 바셋 하운드와 닥스훈트 브리더였던 부모님을 도우며 어린 시절부터 도그쇼에 출진하기 시작했다. 아메리칸 코커 스파니엘을 브리딩하기 시작하여 호주, 뉴질랜드, 이탈리아, 미국 등의 국가에서 수많은 챔피언을 배출해 냈다. 또한 잉글리시 세터를 브리딩하여 멜버른과 시드니 로열 쇼의 베스트 인 쇼를 비롯한 수많은 상력을 획득했을 뿐 아니라 호주에서 3년간 전견종 탑 랭킹 1위를 차지하기도 하였다. 현재는 미국에서 거주하며 더글라스 존슨과 함께 ‘Clussexx’ 견사호 아래 스파니엘 견종을 브리딩하여 명성을 떨치고 있다.

AKC 심사위원으로 아메리칸 코커 내셔널 스페셜티 쇼 및 웨스트민스터 도그쇼를 비롯한 미국 전역의 도그쇼 뿐 아니라 전세계의 도그쇼에서 활발한 활동을 하고 있으며, 현재 블루밍턴 인디애나 켄넬클럽의 이사로 재임 중이다.

FCI/CKU All Breed Judge

장 카이 심사위원은 2008년부터 애견미용에 헌신하였으며 만부 펫 훈련 학교를 설립하였다. 2016년, 체계적인 훈련과 평가 이후로 CKU 공인 애견미용 심사위원이 되었으며 베스트 그루머로 임명되었다. 그는 CKU 전견종 애견미용 심사위원 시험을 통과했고 2021년 CKU 슈퍼 마스터 그루머를 수상했다. CKU의 전문적인 애견미용 강사로서 그는 대만, 호주, 일본에서 애견미용 세미나에 초청되었고 1000명이 넘는 전문 애견미용사들이 참석하여 그의 전문성을 인정하였다. 한편 CKU와 특별 협력을 맺은 애견미용 아카데미 원장이자 수석 강사로서 아카데미의 다수 학생들이 CKU에서 주최하는 애견미용 대회에서도 휼룽한 성과를 달성해 상을 받았다.

또한 브리더로서 2009년 Could Top 켄넬을 설립했다. 그의 비숑 프리제들은 세계적으로 다수의 Best In Shows를 수상 해왔고 2017 미국 비숑 프리제 스페셜티 쇼의 BIS를 포함하여 여러 수상을 하였다. 그의 암컷 비숑 프리제는 AKC 챔피언쇼에서 BOS를 받았고 AKC 비숑 전체 랭킹 7위에 올랐다. 2019년, ‘프레이야’ 견은 AKC 그랜드 챔피언이 되었고, 2020 웨스트민스터 도그쇼에서 Select Bichon이 되었다. 더욱 주목할 만한 것은 Cloud Top Kennel에 있는 그가 기른 암컷 비숑인 데미로, 스위스 제네바에서 열린 2023 세계 도그쇼 비숑부문에서 Best of Opposite Sex를 수상하면서 모든 각광을 받았다.

송순주 심사위원은 1987년 푸들을 시작으로 비숑 프리제, 말티즈, 닥스훈트, 포메라니언, 치와와 등 9 그룹을 위주로 브리딩 영역을 점차 넓혀 왔다.

1989년과 1990년 2년 연속 JKC 본부전 트리밍대회 최우수 대상을 수상했으며, 1990년 JKC 트리밍 시험위원으로 위촉되어 현재도 활동하고 있으며 일본 현지 대학에 트리밍 관련 전문 강의를 위해 출강하고 있다. 1997년 JKC 심사자격을 취득하고 국내에서는 1988년부터 심사위원으로 활동하고 있다. 현재 한국애견연맹 부총재이며, KKF 국제 애견미용 기술표준 위원회 감사로 활동하고 있다.
